Bajta Kroparica Hostel
In Kropa, a place with a rich history of forging, 12 km from Ribno, we renovated an old house and turned it into a hostel. The surrounding area offers many cultural and historical experiences, and cycling and hiking enthusiasts will enjoy discovering the uncrowded trails.
About our hostel
Rooms
The ground floor offers common areas. There is a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a quick snack or a healthy meal. The dining room has an old rustic stove, which,
along with the homemade furniture, gives the room a touch of homely warmth. There are also two bathrooms available here, all connected by a central room with a small
reception area and a vending machine with drinks and snacks. On the first floor you will find 3 rooms and 1 apartment. Just above, in the attic, there are 4 more rooms and two bathrooms.
Place to relax
Grill evenings, outdoor picnics, lying on the terrace by the stream, relaxing after a tiring
day in the outdoor hot tub or in the Finnish sauna, pleasant socializing and exchanging
travel experiences with other guests, bicycle rental, information on cycling and hiking
trails… All this awaits you in the House Kroparica.

- Departure: from 08.00 – 11.00
Reception – working hours
- Working hours from 07.00 – 23.00
- Arrival before 15.00 or after 21.00 is possible in case of a prior notice.
- Departure after 11.00 is charged as an additional day.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.
Parking
Due to the compact settlement, parking near Bajta Kroparica is very limited (2 parking spaces). It is not possible to reserve a parking space. We recommend using the parking lot next to the ‘bajer’, the parking lot next to the church of St. Lenart and parking
lots in Žaga, in the upper part of Kropa, which is closest to Bajta Kroparica. The parking lots are not guarded, so parking is on your own agreement and risk.
